returns
At Raíz Nails, every set is thoughtfully prepared by hand with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because press-on nails are a hygiene product, we can only accept returns on unopened kits. Opened kits can’t be returned or exchanged.
You can return an unused, unopened kit in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt.
We kindly encourage customers to carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and order details before completing a purchase.
Shipping returns
Mailing instructions are provided in your return confirmation email once your return request has been approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
nail sizing disclaimer
To support inclusivity and provide a better fit for a wider range of hands and nail shapes, our sizing system includes 14 nail sizes (0–13) to choose from.
