At Raíz Nails, every set is thoughtfully prepared by hand with care, intention, and attention to detail. Due to the personal nature of press-on nail products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are currently final for all opened products.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If this duration of time has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt.
We kindly encourage customers to carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and order details before completing a purchase.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

To support inclusivity and provide a better fit for a wider range of hands and nail shapes, our sizing system includes 15 different nail sizes to choose from.
